MICHAEL WAYNE GOMEZ, Attorney at Law, was born in Houston, Texas. He received his Juris Doctorate from the St. Thomas university, School of Law, in Miami, Florida and has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1995. Mr. Gomez graduated with a Bachelor in Arts degree in Economics from the St. Thomas University, in Houston, Texas in 1982.

Mr. Gomez has over 10 years of experience in complex litigation cases. These include both Federal and State civil litigation. In the preparation of these cases, he has spent numerous hours preparing complex pleadings, briefs, legal memorandums, motions, court hearings and for oral arguments.

Mr. Gomez is a member of the Broward County Bar Association and the Broward County Pro Bono Project. In the Pro Bono program, he volunteers his legal time taking cases for indigent clients, without financial compensation, so that all consumers have access to the court system. He also is an active Alumni Member at the St. Thomas University School of Law and assists young lawyers so that they may develop their legal court room skills. He believes it is important to pass on his experience, strength, and hope, to the next legal generation.
